Often we complain about the service we sometimes get, but very seldom we give a compliment where due. I had a car accident 2 weeks ago, my car though has been sadly written off. 2 people that I would like to thank, Busi Shezi, based in Lalucia, Umhlanga branch and Siyabonga, in Jo`burg. From the first day I dealt with Busi, I felt a sense of relief. She made my experience with Virgin Money a stress free one, while arranging a courtesy car as well, which was available in a few hours! Then I called the same offices in Lalucia, but they had a technical problem with their telephobne lines, but was diverted to Jo`burg, A consultant on the other side of the line claims he can assist me, I`m like, how on earth can he assist me with a claim i put through, and thats being assessed in Durban? To my suprise, he told me everything about this claim. His name is Siyabonga (forgot his very unique surname-but it should be on the system). First time I came across a system like this. Yes, I`m paying a high premium, but for service like this... I`m staying!!! Very Well Done with my claim guys, including everyone involved! NOW, THAT`S INSURANCE LIKE IT SHOULD BE... VIRGIN MONEY!
