Western Union
Recieving Money from England

My sister sent me money from UK through Western Union. initially she had misspelt my name and when i got to western union they told i couldnt get the money even though i had the secret question answer correct. I phoned my sister to correct that and she had to travell to town to get fixed because she is student and has to travell to town. After my name was fixed I went back to the branch a week later, only to be told that she was suppose to include my middle name as well.

Now i have a problem becasue nobody said the middle name was compulsory and when she sent the money the form dd not have enough space so they told her the middle name is not necessary. In any case it is optional because my first name is whats important. Simon at the branch said it was necesary because Africans are corrupt, indirectly accusing me of corrution. And then telling me people get fired for assisting customers. What kind of training did you give this man to treat customers like this. And there is a lot of inconstances in service, If i had managed to get the spelling of my name corrected from the sender clearly that money is intended for me, whats the point of having secret questions.
