Got the most Outstanding service from Ruan Dippenaar at Outsurance. Was very professional and well informed. He responded to my email and messages within 5 minutes. And went more that the extra mile. Needless to say I was totally shocked as there is just "NO MORE SERVICE" in SA. People just don't bother returning your calls or respond to emails anymore, and if they do, its a week later, if u lucky. And 'MOST OF THEM" have no idea what they doing. Now "that's" what I call service. Need more people like that. What a pleasure doing business with u Ruan. Well done!
