I have been trying the 0861 729 727 for 8 times today.. after selecting the correct promts and listening to terrible music for around 10 minutes per call... the call cuts.. my phone bill is going to spike .. and all I want is to change my bank details for my debit order... when accounts are in arrears we get calls quick but when clients need assistance you are no where to be found.. so I'll let my debit bounce and you will pay the bank charges and if you call me to tell me my account is in arrears I will refer you to my lawyers and you can take it up with them .. I will pay off this account and close it after this poor reflection of customer service.
