Pathetic response

I bought a new car and e-mail Oakhurst for an insurance quote. The next morning I phoned them. They had no record of the e-mail. I spoke to one of the consultants who took all the details and at the end of the conversation he assured me that everything was in order and the the car was insured. The next morning I phoned again. They had no record of my having spoken to a consultant - they had no record of my personal details and they had no record of a policy for my new car.
