Yesterday I changed my banking details and today I phoned FNB to change it with them so that the debit order can go off the correct account and that I do not default on my account.
The lady that helped me said that she cant help me I must go into the bank with a stamped bankstatement to change it.
I explained to her that I do not have transport to do so and that I need it changed before the debit order goes off and I go into arrears.
She was not interested in helping me or accomodating my situation.
Very unhappy.
