Bad Service

First it was told that it was taking 7 days for AIG to receive the documents. Documents were received by them on the 26/09/2013. Then I was told it will take 14 days for the claim. Now it is 7 days for excalation as they didnt met the turn arround time of 14 days. How long do you still have to wait to hear anything from the examinar and still there are no contacting details to phone the examinar directly. If you ask them to phone you that also doesnt happen.

AIG has realy bad service!!!
