I went to one of my bank's atm INSIDE a sasol garage in tembisa, tried to withdraw and the atm gave me an error message and gave me a reciept and error message. went to fnb fourways filed a dispute, no feedback was given, went back after a week or so, re-filed it and i am still waiting and is over a week now.. and they promised that it takes maximum of 7 days..when i call their number no one picks up..
i am thinking of taking my business elsewehere because i am not getting any joy from FNB..thier ATm are targets everywere and they are not making it easy for us to claim back our monies
