I have applied for an top-up 10 days ago and it was approved the same day. But the status still says pay-out still pending. I have phoned the 3 times and every time they say it is a backlog and they can only tell me when it gets paid once it is paid... don't know how that works. I have sent them a mail and this is the response I got from Rose Setshedi at bridge loans:
"Good day
Unfortunately our current backlog is still in place and we can't give a definite payout date. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and we won't stop working on the problem.
Should you however not be able to wait any longer, you are welcome to cancel your loan with us and apply for a loan elsewhere.
Thank you."
So it looks like they don't care about losing business as they are advising me to cancel my loan and apply for a new one somewhere else. What arrogance...
