NO RESPONSE FROM AFRICAN BANK

Terrible Service form African Bank. The Agent that assisted me in the Bellville Branch was very helpful. According to her I am under administration. I informed her that I have always paid my debt on a monthly basis, was never under administration or blacklisted. I have an excellent credit record. She requested that I get a credit report from Experian, which I got and obviously it reflected that there is no admin on my name. Later I found that it is only on African Bank's accounts that the admin reflects. I then informed the consultant that I had a loan with them a few years back and actually paid it up before the due date. I am frustrated with this situation. I called the advocates office on 0115647373 and 0112569284 a few times where I left numerous messages on the voice mail/answering machine, because there was no answer. I have also emailed the advocates office @ [Email Removed] on 21 January and have still not received response.
I'm sure if I should owe African Bank they would have no problem contacting me, but now that I have this issue, you cannot do anything about it!! Please assist me in resolving this matter as urgently as possible
