Home loan drama

I have been calling the contact person at home loans department to get an update on my loan application but the line is always engaged. The secondary person to contact via email also bounces mails. I have sent multiple emails to contact person for an update but to no email response. There is no international number you can call to make a follow up with FNB, only a SA call centre numbers. I am currently out of the country and cannot call the general call centre. I can't be left at the mercy of one consultant. This is an international bank, I expect more than this!
