Dear Outsurance,
I called your call centre to have a quote done, to find whether you can beat the current price i am paying with Discovery.
Obviously you could not beat the quote and your call centre agent notified me of an email that would be sent to me, requesting certain docs and details from myself.
I never received an email, then called again and still didn receive anything. My husband had to lodge a complaint with Hello peter as well, because once you do the quote, you never get what is promised to you.
This is just a rip-off and i certainly will not insure myself with outsurance, as they are expensive, claim to give the best service, however when you cant even give a future/potential client good service how will you do that when i do join???
the R 400 is and not sincere - OUTSURANCE if you dont really want to keep your word as advertised, the stop the false advertising and let people be instead of giving us empty promises!
