Pardon the late response, i was happy with the turn around service i received on how prompt the sales person was on friday, it was just a matter of me having to wait for a whole 5 day period and having to make my own follow ups everyday with the same response that i kept on receiving but i made peace with that as soon as managed stepped and escalated my query.
I may not know much about customer service however if there is communication given to a customer for a resolution to be given within two business days how is it that when i follow up i get told about a backlog.
Thank you for following up with me and my request and i was made happy last friday and i will not allow one person's misconduct to affect my relationship with my Bank as I had stated on my report that i have been a satisfied Standard Bank customer for 4 year and a bit over now.
