As a follow up to my previous report, I received a call to enquire about my situation. I was promised that after following up with the Prestige banker about the status of my query, they will get back to me. Its almost a month now and I am still waiting for that call. I also emailed the Prestige Banker to follow up on the situation, again the same experience. No feedback and continuous wait!!
I still cant believe, a bank as big and reputed (that's what I thought before this experience) as Standard Bank would make a customer wait for nearly 4 months without any proper feedback.
I guess I will not be writing anymore reports on Standard Bank sooner than later!!
