I have been waiting for the legal department to get hold of me for a month. Each week I use the numbers and the call centre number to try get hold of someone and the call line just cuts out so I actually never get through to the legal department. I have sent numerous amounts of emails. With response saying someone will contact me in 48 hrs. Still waiting. This is ridiculous that I cannot get hold of anyone for a month. I have threaten that I will be complaining on other platforms and here it is.
