My account with MFC was part of our debt review and has been settled. I have tried to contact MFC to obtain the Natis document as the car has been sold. The call centre refers me to the legal department that simply never answers the phone. Today again I have been holding on for 28 mins on my cell phone to speak to some one in this department about obtaining the Natis document. This has been my 3rd attempt this week. I have mailed the [Email Removed] mail in order to be assisted with no response.
