Standard Bank's call centre is seriously incompetent. I am currently living in the UK and have spent so much money on calls to Standard Bank and my issue has still not been resolved. I want to link my debit card to my cheque card on internet banking. What they do not seem to understand is that my one times passwords are registered to my SA number. I no longer have my debit card however this has been done before. Can someone please contact me who knows what is going on so this matter can be rectified instead of going back and forth.
