Poor service / no service

I have been a loyal customer of MiWay for the last 2.5 years not missing or even been 1 day late on any payment.
On Sunday the 13th my wifes car broke down on Tom Jones rd Benoni (not the safest place to break down especially a woman a child)
My Wife called me in a panic telling me that she had broken down so I called the call centre as the car is insured through MiWay and requested them to tow her home (no shop is going to be open on a Sunday at 15H00) so the person asked me for my ID number and confirmed everything with me like they normally do...! 20 minutes later they call me telling me that my payment didn't go through last month (what a load of bull as the debit order goes off every month) so I asked for the manager and was told to hold as they couldn't do anything. Now remember my wife and child are alone on the rd in Benoni so I flew to them and flagged down a breakdown and asked him to please tow my car to my house as MiWay clearly went going to assist.
after I did this remember it took them 50 minutes to verify that my payment infact went off (they are more worried about money than the safety of their customers stranded on the side of the road. thanks MiWay for nothing!
