My dad used my car to go on a sunday drive from port elizabeth to stormsriver with my mum and sister today. In the middle of somewhere and nowhere the car broke down. He then called me, which was when I asked him to get hold of insurance. They then contacted me and told me that the tow truck would be on the way and that because its sunday it will take my car to the nearest place of saftey being huma nsdorp. When I asked can it not be towed to my house in port elizabeth I was told no! When I explained that the car was under manufactuer warrentee and had to be brought to P.E to be worked on I was told I had to pay for the towing to P.E as miway only pays for one towing! My finace and I had to rush the two hour trip to where they were broken down as my family then haf bo way back to P.E because for us to get a courtesy vehicle would require a credit card which I do not nor was I told about on inception of policy! I then had to pay thevtow truck R750 just to get the car to my house in Port Elizabeth furious I called miway to ask what about me being stranded in the kiddle of the road! The call centre lady then told me its not me thats stranded its my dad! I guess thats miways version of
