I had a complaint before on Hallo Peter about Miway. The person that responded to my complaint then is also the same person I always use if I have to make contact with Miway.
This person seems to be with leave, because a automated response on his email told me to phone the call centre because he will only be back the 24th of Feb.
I held on for 5 minutes listening to the stupid Miway song, telling you to do it "my way".
I didn't even have the 5 minute to start with, but I unfortunately have to get hold of them...
