I queried an incorrect payment status against me for my account with BMW homeloans. the person who assisted insisted i contact BMW to send an instruction to change this status. i informed them that i verified with BMW and they have not sent such an instruction to them since my account in uptodate.
this is now frustrating as i have a listing that no one can assist with. both my creditor and ITC are abducating their responsibility with this. i dont know what to do!
