I have just had about enough of this company, I have been harassed and threatned by this company for a couple of years now. They keep threatening me and harassing me at every single place I have worked for. This company informed me I owe them money which according to my knowledge has been paid up. My credit report even reflected that the account was paid up and ready to be used again.
No I am getting phone calls constantly informing that my salary will garnished, first of all I have not signed a Section 58 form with yourself agreeing to judgement against me. Second of all to date I have not received any statements of accounts, summons, letters of demand etc. Thirdly no affordability assessment has been conducted to see if I can afford repayments. Which at this point in time I can not even afford to hardly buy food for my family. I don't even know what the balance is, I don't even remember when this loan was taken out.
According to law any debt that is older than 5 years is classified as prescribed debt. Please brush up on your legal terminology bayport.
I am leaving my current place of employment so stop harassing me now.
