I went to Absa Sandton city yesterday during lunh time and i got a great service from Judith who took time to understand what my query is about, and took time to explain things well to me. She promised to get back to me as soon as she got feedback from absa home loans, which she did this morning. I then went back to branch, was assisted by Judith who then send me to Jabulile Mashinini who also greatly helped me. She was all smiles, and took time to listen to me and explained things well with the greatest patience. These two young ladies were such of great help, they had the right attitude and good customer service. I will definitely recommend clients to go to Absa and be assisted by them, and i hope they keep up the good work. Customers needs consultants like them. :)
