Where informed that I had to re-apply for a home loan on the 3rd of September. Petronella assisted me and after having send her all the documentation at the same time. I haven't heard anything from her. I also mailed her to verify that everything is fine. Phoned today and was informed that there are outstanding documents, which I have already submitted. I have applied to all the banks for a loan, and ABSA is by far the worst and disorganized out of all the banks. As a long-time ABSA client it is really sad to see how things have gone backwards in the home loans department.
