Poor/no communication

I submitted a Death claim for my late father and to date the matter has not been resolved. No communication on why this matter is being delay is supplied. Numerous calls to the call centre goes unattended and with no call back per the promises made. Everything stops with the call centre. the department handle the claim seems to be unreachable to the client, me!!!
