1. I had an incident and called scorpion as a member, I was transferred to legal department and requested to send documentation, since then never received response/ feedback
2. i had another incident, I called and transferred to legal department, a person who was helping me had a very bad attitude (Mr Baloyi), later I was transferred to Manager who also has a bad attitude, I was told my matter is not urgent and not covered by Scorpion.
Very disappointed by Scorpion and cancelled the policy
