My father (Betjie C Mbuli) requested Scorpion to help him get the ownership papers from the company that he was working for (Siyanda Engineering) that is based in Kempton Park. He was told to join Scorpion by taking a policy with them, he did but he did not get any assistance untill he died on the 01/03/2010. My mother (Elizabeth Maseko/Mbuli) followed this up and she was told that she needs to take her policy so that they will help her with the ownership of the car. She took the policy with Scorpion so that she can get help and clarity regarding the car my father was given by the company without any papers. My mom passed away in September 2012 without getting any assistance from Scorpion, in the 16/11/2012 I called Scorpion and spoke to Mr Mavimbela who told me that they've contacted Siyanda Engineering but they are not getting any response. When I asked him to forward me any communication between Scorpion & Siyanda Engineering, he sent me 2 documents and I was amazed that since my dad requested their help they only have 2 written communications. Scorpion did not mind taking my parents premiums who were pensioners and not give them what they were paying for.
