On Sunday, I was in an unfortunate situation when the back window was smashed by kids that were playing next to my yard. I logged a claim on Monday and Discovery arranged for the replacement of the broken window and by Tuesday, the supplier came to my work to fix the window. Credit must be given where its due, the claims department was efficient, keep up the good work.
