I was recently in an accident and was hospitalised for a month or so, had to make a claim with RAF so i asked my legal advisers to assist me with the claim. we have been back and forth with scorpion, i submitted all the necessary documents, however they still no solid feedback. During the course of the week i called their offices to follow up on feedback, they instructed me to go to their offices in Pretoria and they told me when i get there i must ask them to call their Durban branch, when i arrived at Pretoria branch they told their phone are not working, this is not proper service. i had to call the Durban branch myself, when i finally got through the lady was unavailable, left a message for her to call me back. she calls me back but i didn't't answer the phone she didn't bother to try my number again when i called her she there was no answer. this is not the type of service that should be provided to premium paying clients.
