Customer Protection Plan

I want to know if anyone else has had this problem? I was given my RCS cards without being asked if I felt ill. Only a credit check was don to see if I comply. I was however asked to take out a CUSTOMER PROTECTION PLAN which should I loose my job, get retrenched or get sick so as not to be able to pay my instalments it would be taken care of. So of course this is the way to go as I have not had any bad debt before. I have had my cards for some time now and have never missed an instalment. Now I get medically boarded and might clear half of my salary I put in a CUSTOMER PROTECTION PLAN Claim to which I am told the claim has been rejected as this is a pre existing condition and therefore I will not be payed out. Now I contact them and ask how on earth i will be able to pay them I am told " How must we know" end of story.
I had the same CUSTOMER PROTECTION PLAN with FNB and it took them (5) five weeks to honour their commitment.
Can anybody please tell me as to what I can do now?
