It is really surprising that retailers like Edgars hand over customers who are no longer able to pay their accounts due to unemployment to collecting agents when they have been informed about the unemployment situation, and then once the customer finds employment they come back to demand payment of the account or hand over the account to collecting agents such as Ramathello & Tsotetsi Inc, charging exorbitant fees and interest, and forget that the customer had credit protection plan which had been paid on the account. What is the credit protection plan for? Is this not exploitation, having their bread buttered on both sides (possibly claiming from insurance on the credit protection plan and also recovering from the customer via collecting agents)? I want answers from Edgars, and I want to deal directly with them, not their unscrupulous collecting agents. I have detailed records to support this... I want answers from Edgars, not from their collecting agents who can't even provide simple answers to queries...
