I was at polokwane at std bank next to pick'n pay mall i was trying to withdraw money and the mechine took my card, i ask ma sister to wait next to it check whille i am standing at a cue to seek assistant in the bank, i tried to call to report my card but unlucky my R50 airtime finished while i was holding the mechine to transfere me to the consultant, when in the cue i saw the sms saying R5000.00 (12:40:16) withdrawn from my acc, and again R1760 (12:48:3) bought liquor at checkers and R220 (12:51:1) bought something at CNA with my lost card. i dont understand cos my money was withdrwan within sec, from that mall to checkers it wont be 8 sec even if you drive. i ask the lady at the bank she help me to block thecard but she said i must phone the 011 no, i felt undermined cos they must suppose to help me, i phone that no and the mechine took 1hour to transfere me to the consultant, they gave me the case no and they will resond after 15 days, they have told me they will review the case and they will call me, aftr those days i called again they (Loid Mbatha who help me that day) said it is no refund, my heart is sore becos i worked days and nights for that money. pls help me in this ma
