The matter is not resolved as yet since my September payment made on 23 September 2013 is "missing in action". I am tired of all the phone calls and sms', yet I paid well in advance and Standard Bank messed up by not allocating (therefore losing) my payment. Can I request that Standard Bank stop harassing me and spend the time allocating the payment made and finding a solution for the future and confirm that my Credit Rating has not been influenced because of Standard Bank being so incompetent?
