HARASSING ME FOR THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF

I am so tired of Standard Bank harassing me because my payments are not allocated by them on tIme. Perfect example is that my payment that was due 1 October was paid 23 September already yet STILL not allocated? Why? Then they have the harass me with phone calls upon phone calls. Please allocate, sort my credit rating out and stop phoning me as I keep to my side of the contract! I go through this every single month any had enough now.
I will seriously move all my business if this carries on.
