I have been trying for more than a months to get a letter from Telesure simply indicating that I am not claiming for an incident where someone drove into the from of my vehicle. I get a message from a auto-reply stating it is sorted 4999715.html, image QAAK00TG9 and the second one 5073166.html, image QAAK00W3E, but there is no attachment. I have phoned them and they keep promising to get back to me. I have asked to be referred to a manager, but with no joy.
