One Plan wanted to incorrectly debit the bank account with an amount for a rejected claim, however, I had no rejected claims on my policy. Thando very kindly confirmed that there should be no rejection claim, and requested the accounts departement to cancel the debit order. After I called One Plan, I wans't sure if I'd receive any feedback to my complaint, but I was surprised and pleased when Thando called me today to state that the problem had been resolved.
