The call center consultant had a bad attidue

Hi

I called in 0861 000 969 LIQUID VEHICLE FINANCE, a division of wesbank, with problem log-in. The consultant acted/ treated me like i am dump or stupid, the manner and attitude was not professional. and it was only after 8, meaning i must have been a first or second client for the day.

When i asked to be transferred to the supervisor, Lebo, she too did not want to deal with my complaint, but rather brushed my concerns aside and continued with my log-in issues.

Its a pity a car purchase is a multi-year contract, otherwise i would have taken my business elsewhere, where i will be appreciated as a client and my queries and concerns taken into account.

I am deeply disappointed.
