Standard Bank list me every month 4 a Paid Up Debt

I had a handed over BlueBean Credit Card from 2011 that I paid in full with a settlement discount from NDC (National Debt Counsel) on the 9th September 2011. I was issued an Interim Paid up Letter from NDC.

Everything seemed okay until in June 2012, Standard bank started listing me on the Credit Bereua and changing my Default from PAID IN FULL t"o "R5545 outstanding Balance" as well as updating the monthly account history with a "150 days Arrears", and installment of R5545 and an outstanding Balance of R5545.

Each and every month I lodge disputes with Transunion and Experian and the information is cleared, Each and every month, Standard Bank relist me. After much fighting and screaming, I received a proper Paid Up letter from Standard Bank proving that the debt was in fact, paid in Full on the 20th February, and a promise that no further Credit information would be sent through.

Lo and behold I am listed again for the same erroneous information again this month, and I have to go through the procedure of lodging disputes and clearing my Name.

The sheer stupidity and lack of customer support is appalling, and I'm off beyond belief that this is happening...
