OVERALL INTERNAL CREDIT RISK UPDATE - ACCOUNT: 9264717133 - MME JORDAAN

Good day

This is now the 4th e-mail sent to ABSA to get my overall RISK Grading Updated on my Portfolio after my legal Account was finally removed after 7years!!

Still my RISK shows 5 on my overall portfolio!! - VERY HIGH!!!

Please can you Update my overall INTERNAL ABSA RISK GRADING ON MY PORTFOLIO for once and for all, so i can do an application for Finance?

Or else i will have to report this matter to the OMBUDSMAN!!

This is an embarrassment to me!!
