On 26/27 july 2013 i sent my sis to make the payment at the menlyn branch, She then made an ATM Cash deposit into the set account unfortunately she lost the receipt. I then got a call that the Creditor didnt get the payment and that was sometines in aug 2013.I then said to my sis that she should go back to the branch to get the copy of the transaction and she was told that they cant retrieve the receipt as 30 days has passed. I then ewnquired at the different branch where i was told that the receipt can be retrieved anytime, i sent her once more and she was told to phone the creditor to check if the payment doesnt reflect on their side of which it doesn't make sense cos thats the reason i was informed of the missed payment as it might happen that wrong reference no was used. I then spoke with the lady by the name of Nthabiseng telephonically on 23.09.2013 and said i shud come to the branch with my id they'll retrieve it 4 me, i went to the branch on 28.09 and was told that she's the only one dealing with such transactions and she'll only b at work on monday. As i was @ work i asked my sis to go there and she was told that she shud c Jan n he's not at work..Am really not happy at all...
