I went to the giyani masingita branch to sort out my daughter's account otp issue and was given bad service. I first spoke to a consultant, female, who said her name is Nancy. She didnt have her nametag on. Nancy told me its not possible for a sum1 account to have internet banking. I tried explaining her the account is registered its just that the number the otp was sent to is lost. She then picked up a phone called some Joel. I was then taken to Joel's desk. Joel didnt even wanted to listen to me. He just pre-empted me. He asked how old i am and i tried to explain him its my daughter's card. That didnt even got into me. He then said i shud myself. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me there is no manager. I called customer services and was given wrong information until i found koketso who was helpful even though he didnt manage to get my issue sorted. He asked if i could wait by the door so that Richard, the branch manager, to open the door for me which didnt happen.koketso advised i shud come in the morning but i told him its another expense for me hence i stay 60km away from the branch. It was 4.58 pm when i left the bank door without any help.
