My Parked vehicle was knocked into by one of Mutual and federals clients. Upon completing the claims form i have been advised that I need to get there clients drivers license information because they don't have it on there system. The accident happened in April this year and now in October i am yet to receive the claim and need to drive around with my damaged vehicle as i refuse to claim on my insurance and loose out my No claims bonuses. I can not see why vehicle insurance will be give to people yet no driver license information be captured on a "reputable" insurance companies data base. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH ON CLOWNS
