OLD MUTUAL IS A DISGRACE

14.10.2013 Sinazo Konzapi s bank account was debited due to old mutual s negligence, as per agreeement, the amount for the investment should be deducted on the 25th of each month and to my suprise it was not, i personally went to one of the old mutual branches to enquire about the the funds not being deducted on the 25th and i was told there is no error on the system, the amount was deducted on the 25th, to my suprise my account was debited yseterday and left my account with a bank RD, today being the 15.10.2013 i caleed the 011 217 10000 and spoke to the manager on duty Boniswa and i was given a guarantee by her that this situatiion will be resolved and i will be called by her with feedback by 1pm to day, i waited for the call and to date i was not called, i called again and left a massage with ryaan who saif he passed the massage to Boniswa and still no call, my last attempt was at 04:30 and i spoke to a very rude lady by the name thobiswa who just told me to dial the number again and hold for the manager, after today why should i still invest with old mutual? CPA protects me on this breach of contract, old mutual must refund my account effectivley immediately, and i will cut all ties
