I have been paying for someone who i dont know

AIG I want my Money back NOW.

I applied for a Family Protector Plan with you Via a lady by the name of Claudine. In the month of July.

But for some strange reason my debit order which according to the policy documents was supposed to be R69.28. But I have been paying an extra R44.17 each month.

A call centre Lady (Felicia) confirmed with me that I only have one policy with you and the amount to be paid is supposed to be R69.28 and I have been Paying for another person.

This month I didn't have money in my account for this R44.17 Debit order which did not belong to me and I was charged R44.17 AND a bounced (mag tape fee) of R65.00 which I would like to be refunded to me as well.

I am extremely disappointed and would like this to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. I then sent you guys an email and had to call your office a million times before I got a random answer saying that she will check it for me now its almost 1 week since I sent that email.

I have called your offices over 3 Times and I am not getting any help I want my money back. If you do not sort this out I will cancel my policy and Go to a company that makes sense.
