FNB - How can we NOT help you

I have a loan with FNB which has been going off my account monthly. I contact FNB today when I noticed that the debit has not been going off my account. I called in twice to request assistance and both agents cut me off! I recently upgraded to a gold cheque account yet the account number remains the same. There has always been funds available so the issue cannot be on my side! Please assist me in sorting this out!
