TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

I applied for revolving loan on 03/10/2013. Received a call from agent on 05/10/2013, but was unable to chat, asked him to call me back later. He promised to call back later, but never did. I followed up with bank on 08/10/2013, and was told that my application was never followed through, and the lady proceeded to do a telephonic application with me. TelephonicalIy, I qualified for a lesser amount to that of my on-line application, as a result of "no follow through" on original application. I refused to accept this! After umpteen telephone calls, and emails to management, I am yet to receive any sort of answer from this useless bank. They have useless call centres who keep passing the buck. I emailed a Mr. Y Moodley, who is a team supervisor, I believe, but he has not even had the courtesy or decency to acknowledge my communication. I keep getting told by call centre staff that my complaint has been escalated, and that management will contact me. I definitely will not recommend this banking institution to anyone. Totally unprofessional and more disturbing, unconcerned with the plights of their clients. 13 days from date of application I know absolutely squat!!!
