I went to ABSA at the Habitat centre in Somerset West to have a beneficiary linked to my account, so that I can transfer money from my account to another account via their ATM's. Right after the beneficiary was linked, I went to the ATM to transfer the money and everything went smoothly. A few weeks later I want to transfer money to the same beneficiary... ad its GONE?!!!
Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I need the beneficiary back ASAP!!! I do not have time to go back to the bank, so ABSA, I need you to please assist.
