Taking a month to do 3 simple instructions

3 instructions given on 3 December.

1. Remove a beneficiary
2. Add a beneficiary
3. Upgrade from Basis to standard

a month later and only 2 instructions done. The beneficiary has not been added.

frustration is that the beneficiary is already a fedhealth member and only needs to be transferred, yet it is taking a month.

thus far been phoning every second day to speak to someone at the call centre which will phone me back and never phone me back.

So after all these calls made on my account to try to get fedhealth to do their work I still don't have an answer. Ive spoken to the manager Kerian Ramdin which is also spending all my money trying to explain to me that I am upset an he is only trying to sort this out.

after all these calls I don't want a 5 minute description of his job on my phone account I want an answer which no one seems to be able to give me.

Fedhealth is very quick to take money or hand over your account for non payment but when it comes to actually delivering, they have all the time in the world.

if this is "Real Medical Aid" then "Real Medical Aid" is Fking ridiculous!!!
