FNB Flawed Ewallet System

I am extremely frustrated with the FNB ewallet system and it's unprofessional staff in the ewallet department. I friend of mine sent me R1500 on ewallet on the 26th April 2013 on the same day I utilised R600 of that money and the charges amounted to R4 which means my balance was R896. Their system used my entire balance to by airtime which some of it was credited to my phone and other numbers. When I went on the 27th to try and draw the balance I found that I had only R44 left, when I drew the statement to find out what happened to the money I found several airtime transactions made, which were not made by me. I phoned the ewallet department the same time only to find out that they close as it is a public holiday. On the 29th in the morning I phoned FNB ewallet division I spoke to a few people as I was transferred from one person to the other and I spoke to Ntuthuko and eventually transferred to Bongani in their department who promised that the matter will be investigated and they will come back to me in 7 days, they never did. On day number 10 I phoned back and spoke to Tumi, who told me there was no query in the systmen and Bongani says he know nothing about my query.
