Ok, brand new week again, just waited for the 5 day period to pass before I can complain again! Maybe everyone at Hello Peter and Standard bank think there is nothing better I can do with my time then complain complain complain! Well, let me tell you, if everything was a different scenario, I would have smile and lived happily every after! But I think Std bank is out to ruin my and my family's life! After numerous phone calls to people that loves to pass the buck to another, to rude call centre agents, emails to a resolution centre of Std bank, phones ringing for days on end... we received our cancellation figures at last! As all of us, me my husband, my transfer attorneys, bond attorneys etc. waited in silence for this figures, by the time we received it, everyone was so excited and relieved we all jumped in and started to do the next step! ( Straight away)! This was already the 7th of October done! Guarantee's submitted, all relevant documents submitted, straight away! Ok, then Standard bank decided they will follow their old ways again of taking ages.. Same old story! This time its just for a simple signature on a consent for cancellation! I'm so fed up with Std bank!
